I stopped by Insomnia Cookies after an Ok Go concert at Drexel this past spring. it was cold, rainy, late at night, and a warm cookie was exactly what i needed. It was delicious, but a little overpriced I thought. well worth the cash for an after- show fuel up, though.

HOT COOKIES. No, seriously- the cookies are served hot and you can get them anytime until 3 a.m. If you are a chocolate chip kind of person, splurge for the double chocolate chip cookie, you won't regret it. This location is pretty new and runs smoothly. Every time I drive past it's pretty busy, especially at night. Tasty cookies- ice cream & milk, what else could you ask for?

Best idea since sliced bread! The cookies are absolutely amazing and nothing like the store bought trash that people keep equating them to. If you can buy a S'Mores cookie like Insomnia's at Acme, please show me where! If you are within their delivery range, you're silly if you don't order at least once a week (or twice a day... *cough* *cough*) I used to go to the location in Houston Hall constantly in College, so happy they are around the corner from me now!

This place is amazing. The cookies are great and the atmosphere is fantastic. The manager, Edmond, is one of the most fabulous managers you can have. It is out of this world and the service is great. Extremely recommend it!

Hands down the best cookies I've ever eaten. I had the white chocolate cookie right after it was delivered (STILL WARM). There was chocolate chip, m&m and chocolate fudge flavors and they all seemed delicious. The outside of the cookies were crunchy, but the insides were so soft that they melted in your mouth. The cookies were sweet and satisfying for a late night treat. The two boxes that we ordered were finished in about two minutes. Every college student in the 50 mile radius has the Insomnia Cookies number programmed into their phones, for special emergencies such as finals week. Definitely worth going to/ordering from.

I had really high hopes for this place--the concept is genius--but unfortunately, I felt a little bit let down. After a late night of studying, my boyfriend and I came here for a snack, mostly because it was the only thing open at 1AM. The cookies looked absolutely stellar in the display. And the smell was intoxicating! We ordered four different flavors. Unfortunately, when I opened the lid to our box in the parking lot, half of the cookies were broken. It doesn't seem like the employee who was handling them gave any thought to it at all. Also, the (tiny) containers of milk they sell are $2.25 each! You could buy an entire gallon at Wawa for that price! Next time, I'll just buy a box of cookies and a gallon of milk to enjoy for the same price. Grandmothers everywhere must be disappointed.

This place used to be a great late-night hangout, a quick and tasty cookie with some ice cream. Over the last couple of months, cookie availability has been extremely low, wait time extremely long and overall customer service extremely poor.

I came in with a group of friends at 11ish. We were a bit indecisive but decided to order a sugar rush. It probably took us 5 minutes to decide what we wanted and place our order. The cashier was visibly impatient despite the lack of business (excluding us). The cookies were not that great. The chocolate chip was definitely the best one but it was too sweet and the dough was lack luster. Overall I love the concept but probably won't return to any insomnias.

My boyfriend and I stopped here one night after a long date night of drinking. I've been there since too. This place is definitely more fun to go to when your tipsy or drunk, just saying. Delicious cookies and ice cream. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 is because it's virtually impossible to eat a delicious cooking and ice cream with a spork...from a styrofoam container...when your drunk.

Cookies are amazing! Especially good with the ice cream yum. Only complaint is some of the people that work here are SERIOUSLY ill-trained for lack of a nicer word. It can be like pulling teeth to just get them to understand your order. I'm not trying to mean cause a lot of the people that work here are young teens but they need to be trained better. Still great overall though, wish they delivered to my area.

My favorite cookie bakery, Hope's Cookies / HopesCookies.com yelp.com/biz/hopes-cooki… was closed by just a few minutes and i was disappointed. While driving away, I spotted this place, just down the street. I'd heard of it and liked the concept - cookies at almost any hour. Bought four different kinds - warm, soft, and promising. But the dough they use sucks! Never again for me.

I love Insomnia Cookies' product: warm, gooey cookies with lots of different variety for my fickle tongue. This location obviously has the great cookies that define the brand, but the location is a bit hard to find if you're looking for it. It's in a large brick building, on the second floor, and the sign is no bigger than at other locations I've visited. I've personally driven by this one many times and only realized recently that it even existed. Secondly, the space is a weird size--too large for Insomnia Cookies' usual vibe (order and go), but too small for any chairs or tables. There is a wrap-around counter so you can munch on your cookies or eat your ice cream, though.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After over an hour of waiting for my delivery order, my cookies and ice cream were completely wrong and I called the store to try and straighten out the order. I got nothing but attitude, no apology, and when I asked to be comped for the order the man on phone refused and instead tried to offer me a "coupon code" for future orders. When I tried to express that I wasn't satisfied with this, the man actually hung up on me. I'm a local college student and can say I definitely won't be ordering from Insomnia again. Hope's has better cookies anyway.

Love Insomnia Cookies. Great, hot cookies. Nice combo with ice cream. Better than Hope's.

These cookies are absolutely delicious! My fav is the chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin is a close second. Cookies are so warm and amazing! I often purchase boxes of cookies. I bring them to parties, family functions, friends houses... Needless to say, the friendly girl that works there knows me by name. Oh, and don't ever, never, look up the nutrition facts!!! They are so terrible for you, but so delicious that I cannot stay away.

Quick update. I sadly ordered these again. I have little to no self control. Ordered over Labor Day weekend. No college kids around, no wait for cookies. And the cookie tracker worked like a charm! All good there...but... the S'mores cookie was NOT as good this time! First time it was so hot and gooey we had to eat it with a spoon. We could not pick it up if we had to. Second time it was just a cookie. Warm, but not gooey. I was not happy...until I nuked it 15 seconds in the microwave! Back to gooey goodness!

This is the slowest delivery place I've ever ordered from. We literally waited three hours for five cookies. Do not order from this place.

Cookies , good yes! However the last time I ordered the transaction went through on my bank account yet they said their system didn't process it and tried to make me redo it. Needless to say 48 hours later with much follow up, the manager tracked down the charge and refunded it. Guess if I really want them, I'll pay in cash from now on.

Imagine a werewolf when it lays its eyes upon a full moon. It turns from a seemingly normal human being into a ravenous monster. That is me when I see Insomnia Cookies. I turn into the cookie monster. Insomnia Cookies has a lot to offer. I am a college student so my favorite aspect is the fact that they delivery fresh and hot cookies that are still soft right to my dorm room! Just what freshmen need to avoid the freshmen 15 right? My favorite cookies lie in the deluxe category. Hes the order 1. Smores (Deluxe) 2. Triple Chocolate Chunk (deluxe) 3. Double Chocolate Chunk 4. Snickerdoodle Insomnia has much more to offer including ice cream and brownies so what ever your sweet craving is at 1am you most likely can have it at your door in 30 min.

I purchased cookies in three varieties: Double Chocolate Chunk , Chocolate Chunk, and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut. While the warm, gooey nature of the cookies was much appreciated, the flavor of the cookies wasn't outstanding. I can't identify why these were the blandest cookies I've had in recent memory. I still had a cookie craving after I tried each of these and I wished I would have gone to Hope's Cookies down the street.

Our first visit to this cookie making joint. Has a catchy name. We walked into a comforting smell of baking cookies. Ordered our 1.5 dozen assorted cookies. They were warm and delicious. My daughter ordered a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla a la mode. The vanilla ice cream tastes like vanilla but looks like rainbow sherbet. It was a fun and delicious treat.

I have had insomnia cookies in the city so I was pumped to see they opened one by me on the main line. The cookies are not as good as hope's, in my opinion, but they are still delicious and open until 3am, so you really can't go wrong.

I don't know, man. They're COOKIES--that's all! Maybe the reviews just hyped them up too much for me, but... I can definitely make cookies as good as these. I could see taking advantage of the delivery service for a special indulgent late-night treat. Otherwise, no, I wouldn't be going out of my way to get to the storefront for these.

I ventured into this shop the other weekend after a night at the bar. The staff was really helpful and contacted a cab service for a friend and I. I appreciated how helpful they were. While we waited we tried some cookies. The 3 chocolate chunk was a large cookie and was pretty good. I also had a peanut butter cookie which was better than the chocolate one. Both seemed pretty average and not really worth the price. I would probably go back and try different flavors though. 3 stars for the cookies but 5 stars for customer service! I am also disappointed that I live less than a 5 minute drive away but they will not deliver to me since I am not in their "delivery zone". DUMB!

Just called to place a delivery. Found out they deliver 4 houses away but not to my house. The worst part was the girl that answered the phone was condescending and rude. Looks like I'll never take my family there again.

I had a peanut butter cup chocolate chip cookie. It was large, served warm and it was very good. The only thing that I didn't like about the place was that there was nowhere to sit down to enjoy the cookie.!! It's mostly a place to just grab and go. There was a room for at least 3 small tables inside but instead it was just an empty space with a shelve. They would benefit if they add some sitting space in there :)

A very strategic move to open a door right on Villanova's campus and near just about every high school in the area. I am just grateful that is is near my parents' home...just so I can get freshly-baked cookies delivered to my door. No, it's not LeVain but it's good enough for those cravings that strike when I'm in Philly visiting the padres. The chocolate chunk is my fav and certainly the tried-and-true classic. Delivery usually takes about 30 min. I imagine that college students' parents will be placing plenty of orders or sending their kids gift cards from here.
